2- Design & Concept Creation
We transform your vision into a tangible plan. This phase includes curated venue selection, accommodation coordination, and a full design proposal — from moodboards and palettes to architectural layouts and visual mockups. We source and secure the best vendors, manage contracts, and create a cohesive design language that defines your celebration’s identity.

3- Coordination & Production
Here is where structure meets execution. We coordinate all vendors, manage logistics, schedules, and communication, and oversee samples, tastings, and trials. Our team maintains constant progress updates and check-ins to ensure every element runs smoothly. Every moving part — from décor to operations — is synchronized for seamless production.

4- Celebration
Our team is fully present during the wedding week — managing pre- and post-events, rehearsals, and the wedding day itself. We handle logistics, vendors, guest experiences, and timing so everything flows naturally. From welcome dinners to farewell brunches, we ensure every moment is executed flawlessly, allowing you to fully live and enjoy your celebration.

Rooted in one of the most magical places on Earth — the Riviera Maya — Gemara was founded by two women driven by experience, creativity, and purpose. What began as a shared vision evolved into a studio that goes beyond weddings, crafting complete and intentional experiences.
Based in Mexico and designing celebrations across the globe, we combine deep local expertise with an international perspective — creating weddings that are as seamless as they are extraordinary.
